  • Notes
    • NAME: George utilized "Neiler" as the spelling of his surname throughout his life. In fact, this variation is utilized on his headstone. Other variations include Nailor, Nailer, Naylor, and Neilor. CHILDREN: George's will states that as of 28 Apr 1828 he divided his estate among his surviving wife Mary and seven children: Easter, Nancy, Elizabeth, Jacob, George, Daniel, and Mary. This leads me to believe that "David Naylor" (who was still living at the time) is not George Naylor's son.
