  • Notes
    • RESIDENCE: Likely moved near Trenton, New Jersey in 1747 or 1748 due to inheriting his father's plantation. Daniel Wills' will states that Noah and Richard were to share the plantation near Trenton. They moved in after the lease terminated (Zachariah). This plantation was likely the 520 acres which Daniel Wills owned in that area. Noah was appointed administrator of his mother's estate (Margaret EAYRE Wills) when she died in 1748. Noah remained administrator for the balance of his father's estate at that time, filing the final accounts of the two estates 18 Dec 1754. Just over three years later Noah died intestate in Mar 1758, leaving his wife, Mary HARRISON Wills, to be the administrator. Richard was not mentioned in this administration and therefore it is assumed he died before 1758.

WILL: Noah died intestate. His wife administered his estate in Apr 1758
