      FOUNDERS OF THIS MEETING; SERVED IN WILLIAM PENN'S
      PROVINCIAL COUNCIL, 1685-89; SAT AS A JUSTICE IN THE
      COURTS AT CHESTER, 1685-91; ELIZABETH NEWLIN, HIS WIFE,
